It definitely is in my opinion. Being that my significant other is a sous chef at one of Guy Fierri’s restaurants, and is studying culinary arts, I’ve learned a few things in the past 20 months or so. I’ve stepped up my game in cooking, and I even got into making my own pasta!
After moving in with BF, my mother had given us her Cucina Pro Imperia® Pasta Machine. I’ve used it twice to make my own pasta for a chicken stir-fry & also some fetuccini with marinara sauce. Let me know if you would like me to do a post on how I make my pasta! I wouldn’t mind doing that for you all!
I love going to restaurants that take time to do the plating presentations beautifully. So that’s where half of the craft comes in, and also we can’t forget about flavor! Flavor is also part of the craft. So don’t question yourself if you think cooking isn’t a craft. It takes time, and the right flavors to get a great recipe to come together.
